Returns and Exchange

How can I return/exchange the product purchased?  
The request for an exchange should be initiated over an email by the customer with subject-line Return/Exchange Request to within 3 days of receipt of the product.
We offer only size exchange. 

Please note: To avail of these options, the piece of clothing should be unused and intact with all the tags, labels and invoices. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning or exchanging your item.

International shipments, unfortunately, are not eligible for returns and exchanges.

No returns or exchanges are available for items bought during sales/offers and on customised orders.


No returns or exchanges are available for items bought via COD or on customised requests. Please understand for customised orders we make as per the measurements shared by you and are made to order. 


We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labour that goes into each garment. Refunds are only processed based on fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation. 

Any purchase can be exchanged for a different size. In case the size is not available, we shall provide you store credit valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
