Shipping policy

DOMESTIC (WITHIN INDIA)

Shipping is free on every order within India, with no minimum order value.

Every AnaiYah piece is made to order in our Bangalore studio and dispatched within 7 working days of your order. Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch, depending on your pin code. All orders are shipped door-to-door from our studio in Bangalore.

We accept prepaid orders only (UPI, cards and netbanking). Cash on delivery is not available.

We ship one order to one address and cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. Our delivery partner attempts delivery up to 3 times before returning the package to us. You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

INTERNATIONAL

We ship worldwide. International shipping is charged by weight at checkout. Orders are dispatched within 7 working days and usually arrive 1–3 weeks after dispatch. Customs duties and taxes are not included and are paid by the customer on delivery.
