DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping within India is free on every order, with no minimum.
Every piece is made to order and dispatched within 7 working days; delivery usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch, unless a pin code is temporarily unserviceable.

FESTIVE ORDER-BY DATES 2026

Because every piece is made to order, please allow 7 working days for dispatch plus 2–3 working days for delivery.
Durga Puja and Navratri (11–20 October) are now past our making window — a piece ordered today will not reach you in time for the Puja days.
Order by Wednesday 14 October to wear it for Karwa Chauth (29 October).
Order by Sunday 25 October to wear it for Diwali (8 November).
If you are ordering after a cut-off date, message us on WhatsApp at +91 99901 38600 first and we will tell you honestly whether it can still reach you in time.

We offer size exchanges and store credit notes within 7 days of delivery. Please note that size exchanges/returns will not be possible on a discounted product.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping cost will be as per the weight
Delivery timeline is between 1-3 weeks.
Any custom charges have to be borne by the customer.

Unfortunately international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with the tracking details of your order.

DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order, and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported.

All applicable import duties and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer and will need to be paid by the customer on the receipt of the shipment.

You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice by the shipping agent to clear your order. These rules vary by country. Your local government determines duty and customs charges.
