Returns and Exchange
The product should be unused and intact with all the tags, labels and invoices.
The customer should initiate the request at anaiyahbyparineeta@gmail.com or Whatsapp at 9990138600 with the order number and photo of the product.
Request within 3 days of receipt of the product.
We offer size exchange.
International shipments are eligible for returns and exchanges if the customer agrees to bear the shipment charges.
CUSTOMISED REQUESTS
Customization of fit and size is provided for prepaid orders only.
Customized fits are not eligible for exchange, this would be made to order for you.
REFUND :
Any purchase can be exchanged for a different size.

If your merchandise arrives damaged, you can write to anaiyahbyparineeta@gmail.com or Whatsapp at 9990138600 with the order number and photo of the damaged product.
Option 1 - We provide a replacement at no extra cost
Option 2 - You return the damaged product and we provide you with a store credit of the same value.
If you do not like the product, you can return the product against store credit of the same value as the returned product, which can be redeemed within a year on any item you wish from the website. As a policy, we do not offer refunds on products delivered in perfect condition. Also, this is not applicable for customized sizes, you can however get it altered as per your size request if you are an "AnaiYah Select Patron".
Please note: that misprints, inconsistency of the weave, and colour changes do not qualify as damaged products.
For international orders, the customer has to bear the shipping charges of the purchased item.
