Refund policy

SIZE EXCHANGE

You can exchange a piece for another size free of charge within 7 days of delivery. The piece must be unused and intact, with all tags, labels and the invoice. To start an exchange, write to routparineeta@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 99901 38600 with your order number and a photo of the piece.

CUSTOM-SIZED PIECES

Pieces made to your own measurements cannot be exchanged, but we are happy to help with alterations.

DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL

If your piece arrives damaged, write to us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will either replace it at no extra cost or, if you return it, give you store credit of the same value.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds on pieces delivered in perfect condition. If you do not like a piece, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for store credit of the same value, which you can use on anything on our website within one year.

HANDMADE CHARACTER

Small irregularities in the weave, print or colour are the mark of handwoven and hand-finished cloth. Misprints, variations in the weave and slight colour differences are not treated as damage.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
